This project presented significant logistical and environmental challenges due to its remote location in West Wales, characterised by extreme weather conditions.

Despite these hurdles, the successful project scope encompassed a comprehensive building envelope upgrade, including the External Wall Insulation (EWI) system, a complete roof replacement, and the integration of high-performance, energy-efficient doors and windows.
