Key interventions included the installation of VL plank to the first floor, the application of an energy-efficient External Wall Insulation (EWI) system to the ground floor, the complete replacement of existing roofs with high-performance, insulated alternatives, and the refurbishment of garages and garden walls to complete their overall condition.
